Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Bethanie Hardware, your trusted online store for quality hardware products. We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible.

Delivery Fees

We charge a flat rate of R150 for delivery to any location within South Africa. However, if your order value is more than R500, you can enjoy free delivery (excluding large items).

Large Items

Some of our products, such as ladders, generators, and paint (20l+), are considered large items and may incur additional delivery fees. These fees will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the item and your delivery address. You will be notified of the final delivery cost before you confirm your order.

Local Delivery

On any local delivery address using the postal codes: 0250 and 0270, There will be no delivery charge regardless of the item's nature.

Delivery Time

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it. Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your order within 3 to 10 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, or courier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to track your order online. You can also log in to your account on our website and view the status of your order.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Bethanie Hardware. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team at returns@bethanie.co.za or call us at 078 301 2140. We will provide you with the instructions and address for returning the item. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 days.

We reserve the right to refund orders with delivery addresses that do not add up or exist.

 We do not deliver to boxes or courier depots unless arranged.
