MAKITA 12 MONTH WARRANTY
Every Makita tool is thoroughly inspected and tested before it leaves the factory. It carries a limited 12 month warranty against defective workmanship and materials. Should any problems develop, please return the COMPLETE tool to your point of purchase or to Rutherford. If inspection shows problems were caused by defective workmanship or materials, all repairs will be made without charge. In a case where costs were incurred to get the tool back to Rutherford and it is a warranty repair we will return the tool at our expense and reimburse the costs incurred.
The warranty does not apply where:
– Repairs have been made or attempted by others
– The machine needs repairs due to normal wear and tear
– The tool has been used beyond it’s capacity
– The tool has been used not for the purpose it was built
– The tool was still used after partial failure
– The tool was used with improper accessories
