Plumbing and Pipe Connections

This pump has standard 25mm (1 inch) connectors.

Although 25mm is a fairly common size, depending on your inlet, you might need to upsize or downsize your pipe. Most common sizes after 25mm are either 20/22mm or 32mm. If needing to change, we suggest using a compression reducing male adapter or else a compression reducing male elbow.

We also recommend installing a ball valve on the inlet before the pump.

Thread tape will most likely be needed when installing these fittings.

Electrical Requirements

This pump works on 220V standard out the box and even has a plug included. You simply just need an electrical outlet on site

Placing the pump

Since this pump is remarkably quiet, it can be installed either indoors or outdoors. For outdoors though, we recommend getting the DAB ESycover. This can also be installed mounted to the wall with the ESywall kit.
